Last week I was invited down to BBC Maida Vale studios to witness the first heat of the brand new MC contest; Lyrical Master. The contest was put together by BBC 1Xtra and DJ Cameo to find the hardest spitter in the UK. The guest judges on the panel for the first heat were Lethal Bizzle, JME, Poet and DJ Semtex.
The spitters in this heat were Kush D vs. Row-D. I have to say the levels in this clash were extremely high. Far beyond anything I expected. The clash went on for 3 rounds but above is the 3rd round only, which was the prominent IMO.
