Iggy Azalea is high fashion mixed with street edge, her signature flying ponytail and bright makeup are only the foundation to her flamboyant look. Iggy’s style is the perfect reflection of her bold attitude, always looking extravagant in anything from her colourful fitted ensembles to vintage tees.
When I think about Educate and Elevate, Aaliyah’s ‘Back and Forth‘ video comes into my head. How dope was fashion back then in the 90′s, Aaliyah made baggy clothes look sexy and the way Will Smith was dressed in Fresh Prince he was always looking so you know fresh lol. E & E is about bringing that all back, they are a clothing line selling 90′s inspired pieces as well as their own designs, they stalked the vintage shops out of the UK and picked out favourite pieces, and came up with a killer brand logo & image to represent their inspiration.
The brand name means, the more you educate yourself about the world and your surroundings, the higher chance you have of moving up in the world and being sucessful. Learning about other cultures & embracing our differences will influence and inspire you. You can’t educate the majority with the mind of the minority. There a street wear brand with a difference, a positive message, and they believe that they can educate & elevate through fashion.

Eastpak’s ‘Artist Studio’ series returned for 2012, their classic backpacks were customised by musicians, artists, comedians, bloggers from around the world. They were released earlier this year and were on display in February in Carnaby Street. The studded ones were defiantly eye catching and is mostly my favourite out of the bunch.
Pop superstar and The Voice judge Jessie J was pictured with Tom Jones 2days ago wearing a Boy London outfit. The pair sang a duet of Mockingbird for a special live gig broadcast on BBC Radio 2 from London’s famous 100 Club.
Jessie was wearing the £55 Boy Eagle sweatshirt and £40 matching leggings which can be purchased on the Boy London website.
Popular US clothing label Stampd LA are releasing their Dope black studded hat ($95) on May 15th. This five panel snap-back features 112 hand screwed black pyramid studs on the front and a “New Angeles” raised silk screen under the brim with the Dope collection logo embroidered at the snaps.
You may have seen Chris Brown wearing this in the “Strip” video (below) and recently Kanye West wore the gold studded snap in his unreleased video for “Lost in the World”.
The annual fashion event which has earned the title ‘the Oscars of the East Coast’, thanks to the high volume of A-list stars who ascend the red carpet every year, kicked off in New York City last night. The Metropolitan Gala was set alight but the likes of Beyonce with a sheer gown and Florence in a white ensemble. However the real show stopper on the night was Scarlett Johansson in a sexy Dolce & Gabbana number.

Pierre Balmain have released these delicious Flint high top suede sneakers as part of their spring/summer 2012 collection. They feature the signature logo on the tongue with a white sole and navy blue suede finish. They retail for roughly £420.
Mitch and Sauve have been fans of the Nike Air Jordan trainers for a while now and this upcoming release of the Air Jordan 4 “Cavs” are just our cup of tea looking real neat and suave (no pun intended). The colours of the Cav 4′s are inspired by the epic rivalry MJ had with Craig Ehlo for the Cleveland Cavaliers, carrying the same colours as the Cav’s 80′s and 90′s jerseys.

TOWIE’s Joey Essex was spotted out with his wounded mate Arg yesterday. The Essex socialite was snapped sporting a Boy London snapback, Louis Vuitton Damier tracksuit with matching kicks and the rucksack. Arg looked a little worse for wear, evidently still recovering from his heroic London Marathon run.
Joey is undeniably a UK style icon.
Michalsky have teamed up with German leather luxury goods maker MCM for this collaborative sneaker called the Urban Nomad. A sneak peak of these bad boys dropped towards the end of last year but now these 3 colourways have officially been released. They”ll set you back a cool £300 but they’re worth it, especially the tan colour.
I’m sure you guys have just seen the boys behind the scene video at Henri Lansbury’s Soccer School, the Arsenal FC player was sporting a Benjart ‘Shattered Dreams’ crewneck which Mitch spotted out. Rick Ross recently shot a commercial for Reebok’s “It Takes A Lot To Make A Classic” campaign. The rapper inked a deal with the iconic sports brand and said he chose it because “they are the only iconic brand that’s re-invested into my culture”.
