Kelly Rowland drops a new track ‘Gone’ featuring Wiz Khalifa. The song focuses around a relationship that’s due its expiry. With Kelly’s album ‘Talk a Good Game” dropping on the popular date of June 18th, this track gives us a taster of the kind of music to expect.
Interesting that the hook takes from Joni Mitchell’s ‘Big Yellow Taxi’ which if you remember were recited non stop on Janet Jackson and Q-Tips remix of “Got Til It’s Gone”.
Definitely worth a listen, and grows the anticipation for Miss Rowland’s forthcoming album on June 18th.

The stars came out in full force for the 2013 Billboard Awards last night which took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. As usual they wore their best for the red carpet (or blue carpet in this case) but some surprise stand outs were Ke$ha and Miley Cyrus for me who looked ravishing in their ensembles. Ed Sheeran showed up in a plain sweater (ledge) and Nicki Minaj looked as wacky as usual.
0No doubt the Chris Brown jokes have started in relation to the song title, however this is a strong come back record for Sean Kingston since his jet ski accident. ‘Beat It‘ also features Wiz Khalifa who compliments the solid production perfectly.
Definitely a summer anthem.
